Refund and return

Overview

At Best West Auto Parts, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our refund and return policy.

Returns

  • You may return an item within 30 days of purchase.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a set number of days.

  • Sale items are non-refundable; only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@bestwestautoparts.com.au and send your item to {physical address}.

Shipping Returns

  • To return a product, please mail it to: {physical address}.

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
